1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between joy9 ("we", "Platform") and all users who register or use the services provided through the joy9.pw website and the official joy9 mobile app ("Services").

6 Game Rules

• Game results displayed on the platform are final. Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started, unless there is a verifiable technical failure on the platform's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live games.

8 Account Closure
